Terms and Conditions

The paid subscription fee is for digital services provided by the application and does not constitute a direct payment for rewards or prizes.

Rewards are an additional incentive and are subject to program terms, eligibility, and budget.

The paid value is not considered a deposit, investment, or a guarantee of receiving a reward.

1. Membership Eligibility
  • Subscription is available to all registered users with a valid ID.
  • Target age is 18-40 years; management reserves the right to accept/reject subscriptions.
  • Full payment of the monthly fee is required during the subscription period.
2. Subscription Value
  • Monthly fee is 57.50 SAR (or based on the selected plan) and is non-refundable except under the cases mentioned in the Refund Policy.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • Refund within 3 Days: The subscriber has the right to request a refund within 3 days from the date of payment, provided the service has not been utilized.
  • No Refund After Utilization or Period Expiry: All subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once the user starts utilizing the service, or after 3 days have passed from the payment date.
  • Recurring Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically. Users can cancel renewal anytime before the next billing date. No refunds are issued after the renewal process is executed.
  • Ineligible Cases: No refunds for utilizing the service, unmet reward conditions, cancellation after usage, or change of mind after the 3-day period.
4. Incentive Reward Programs
  • The app offers optional incentive rewards for its subscribers.
  • Eligible members may receive rewards up to 1,000 SAR after 90 days of commitment.
  • Violations are calculated from June 1, 2025, onwards only.
  • Safe driving is a primary criterion for reward eligibility.
  • Subscription does not imply automatic entitlement to any financial reward.
  • Reward amounts and numbers depend on the selection mechanism and budget.
5. Verification Mechanism
  • The application reserves the right to verify the status of violations through available means.
  • Refusal to allow verification means the subscriber is ineligible for rewards.
6. Reward Disbursement
  • If selected, the reward will be disbursed within a maximum of 14 business days.
  • The application determines the payment method (Bank Transfer / E-Wallet).
7. Fraud and Misuse
  • Management may cancel subscriptions without liability in case of data manipulation or incorrect information.
  • Subscribers forfeit any claim to rewards if fraud is proven.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • The app bears no responsibility for traffic violations or legal obligations incurred by the subscriber.
  • Subscription is not a guarantee against recording violations.
9. Personal Data
  • By agreeing, the subscriber allows data usage solely for managing the subscription and verifying eligibility.
  • Data is handled with strict confidentiality and not shared with unauthorized parties.
10. Amendment or Cancellation
  • The application reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time with notice.
  • Cancellation entails no obligation for rewards whose conditions remain incomplete.
  • No obligation exists to disburse rewards to unselected users prior to cancellation.

This program is not a binding offer or financial commitment. Rewards are part of an incentive program subject to eligibility and budget.

11. General Provisions
  • Subscription implies full and unconditional agreement to all terms.
  • Disputes shall be settled by the judicial authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
